Large luxury one bedroom condominium in the best neighborhood in Los Angeles, very safe. Very clean. Great street for walking and celebrity sightings. The Condo has clean crisp lines with high ceilings and bamboo floors. Large master bedroom w large built in closet and queen sized bed. A beautiful modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and handmade tile. Hidden away in its own room we have a small ventless washer/dryer unit inside the condo and a large capacity washer/dryer unit in the building. Bathroom has a roomy custom built frameless shower with handmade tile. Great shared pool & patio area with BBQ. This is a central location for Los Angeles and a posh area. Very safe, secured entry and elevator building. Includes dishes, towels, sheets and anything else needed for an apartment. Has wireless Internet & cable TV. Walking distance to many celebrity hotspots. Close to freeways.

  • Most everything in the bathroom is custom. The showerhead is a large sunflower like rainhead that melts away your tension with every shower (its really wonderful). The bathroom has a large frameless glass shower enclosure with handmade tile walls and stoned floor. The sink is hand thrown and set in a bamboo stand for easy use. European Washer/Dryer unit hidden away in its private enclosure adjacent to the bathroom. Great vents so you don't get steam buildup both in the shower and out in the bathroom.

  • Queen size bed in the bedroom and an extra full size bed can be put in the living area or the bedroom (we've had guests do both). Bedroom is large w/ large closets and bureaus. Condo is quiet and away from the street. Large mirrors in the bedroom. Lots of extra linens and blankets provided. Air conditioner in the bedroom as well. Bedroom has bamboo flooring.

Local Shopping/Restaurants: Condo is located right off Melrose avenue close to all shopping, museums and restaurants. Urth Cafe is within about 1 minute walk and Koi is across the street. All local restaurants are expensive and celebrity frequented. Book Store Bodie Tree is about a minute walk away as well as Pacific Design Center. We are located right near the local police station so the neighborhood is always heavily patrolled. The Street is tree lined and quiet. Lots of places to walk and have coffee.
