Due to our chemical sensitivities, we ask that our guests DO NOT bring in any products that contain harmful chemicals; i.e., bleach, ammonia, etc. No-smoking - No Pets. Contemporary style, artistic flair - comfortable and cozy. A/C and full laundry facilities (detergent provided). Parking: off-street for 3 cars (basketball hoop in driveway). The good old saying of "a picture is worth a thousand words," well a thousand words are not enough to desribe this getaway! We didn't want to leave the location to go out for dinner! We ended up grilling many more nights than expected and sat on the porch and looked out at the water, and watched so many activities, from the scuba divers "gearing up" and heading out, to watching the kyack's head into the water. We are definately bringing the kyack next summer!!

The home (not a rental house, this is definately someones home, you can tell from the love as soon as we entered!) It was imaculate, very well decorated, and we had everything we could need in the kitchen, and they even had beach towels....(we forgot ours), laundry, and the best, which caught us off guard, is that this is a green home, they have all the recycling bins for you, green products to use in the kitchen and laundry for you to use!

I'd love to recommend this property, but that would mean I may not be able to get in next summer. My husband and I are debating about bringing our children along next year, knowing that is sleeps six, (it was just the two of us this year...a REAL vacation with NO children in tow!)

Can't beat the location

Very clean, well kept and comfortable water front home. Was a perfect place for our family vacation. The kids liked to play in the water across the street and walking to town was great for breakfast and dinner. I would stay there again.

I feel very fortunate to have found such an awesome vacation rental! The listing description is very accurate. This house is so clean that you can eat off the floor! The owner is very attentive and provided excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to tell my family and friends about this house. I loved sitting on the side porch drinking champagne and taking in the spectacular views. My kids wasted no time going to the beach directly across the street. They were thrilled that they found some baby lobsters to play with! My husband just had to walk across the street to go scuba diving. I loved the eco-friendly products and the recycling bins! This is a house where when you walk in you feel right at home. The Rockport shops are so quaint and close by. This place really allowed me to kickback and have some R&R. I can't wait to go back!

Picture Perfect!

I stayed for a week in September and fell in love with the house. It was a short walk along the beach to the town, restaurants, shops -even the train station to visit Boston! The beach is right across the street and was able to kayak without getting the car out. In fact, you don't even need the car at this location. The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, well furnished, modern with spectacular views. It would be a great place to visit any time of year, even winter. I have recommended this to all my friends and will certainly be back!
