This renovated Spanish is warm and inviting. Located 2 blocks south of Melrose and 2 blocks West of La Cienga. Walking distance to the best of LA. Blocks to the best shops on Melrose, the Pacific Design Center, Cedars-Sinai, and Beverly Hills! The main house master features dark hardwood floors, a king bed with high thread count linens, plasma TV/DVD, surround sound, wall of closets, direct access to heated pool/spa terrace. A large white slipcover chair opens to a single bed if needed. Master bath features white subway tile and Casearstone counters, Waterworks fixtures. The step-down den has a white slipcover sleeper sofa, & desk area. Other amenities include new central A/C & Heat,formal dining room with original built ins and the living room with wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD and sleeper sofa. Separate guest Casita features a wall-mounted flat-screen/DVD, with surround sound, double set of doors that overlook pool. Polished concrete shower in bathroom.
