Five bedroom, two bath craftsman-style home in spectacular sunny river-front setting. Beautifully furnished, formal dining room and an informal sitting room in addition to living room with stone fireplace (wood stove insert). One bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom has a twin bunk-bed. Office set-up with computer and high-speed Internet access. Private hot tub in gazebo. Lovely decks overlooking the river. Deep water dock with canoe/kayaks. Landscaped grounds. Walk to downtown Monte Rio. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Location: Monte Rio, California 95462. One week minimum in July and August.
