Off the living room, there's a formal dining room; the well-equipped kitchen is just beyond. Off the kitchen, there's a bedroom with office set up. Up a short flight of stairs from the living room, there's a bathroom and two bedrooms. Downstairs from the living room, two other bedrooms and a bathroom are centered around a family room which opens to the garden. The bedrooms have good separation from each other. The dining room opens to a semi-enclosed, covered porch and outdoor dining. Beyond the porch, there are terraced gardens and patios. Steps from a lower terrace lead to the seasonal river dock.
