One block south of the Beverly Hills Hotel. Built in 1912, this elegant old Hollywood estate has been restored to perfection. Once home to Joseph Kennedy and his paramour Gloria Swanson. A country house in the middle of the city. Hardwood floors and early American antiques throughout. Large open rooms, huge windows. A light filled dining room with long table for entertaining. Adjacent pantry and comfortable eat-in kitchen fully equipped with the newest appliances. A library lined with books and den, with leather chairs and flat screen TV. Master bedroom with fireplace. Four other cheerful bedrooms and a nursery. An upstairs office equipped with highspeed internet that enables guests to work while on vacation. Ideal for creative individuals with children, looking for an informal but elegant home away-from-home. Backyard is secluded and shaded by mature trees. Perfect for dining under the stars on warm summer nights. A pool long enough for laps with a salt water filtration system.

  • PAYMENT PROCEDURE
  • For payment, Owner prefers wire transfers. A deposit is required to reserve rental. For nightly rentals, deposit equal to 50% of rental term; For weekly rentals, deposit equal to 25% of rental term; For monthly rentals, deposit equal to 15% of rental term. Thirty days prior to check-in, the first half of the rent is due. Fourteen days prior to arrival, the balance of the rent is due. At that time the deposit automatically converts to a security deposit.
  • A $250 cleaning fee charged upon departure. Deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after departure, providing no damages occur. Any damages will reduce the damage deposit only by the value of individual item damaged.
