3 Quinapoxet Ave is a renovated home at the top of historic Falmouth Heights. The home has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. It sleeps 8 in bedrooms with an additional option to add a queen air mattress to the living room to accommodate 10. The house features a full kitchen, oversized living room with dining area in back with views of the ocean. The home has central air for those hot Cape summer nights. The house has a large TV with cable and internet. The house sits at the top of the Heights bluff and has some of the best views in Falmouth. The yard is professionally landscaped with a nice patio area outside for relaxing, grilling, and watching the sunset. The home is across the street from the Heights beach. Is within a 1/2 mile of the Falmouth Inner Harbor which features several restaurants, fishing, scenic walks, and boating. The harbor is also home to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth is a 1 1/2 miles away and has a main street U.S. appeal.

3 Quinapoxet Ave is located at Falmouth Heights a large bluff with views of Martha's Vineyard. A short walk across the street leads you to the Heights beach. Across from the beach is the park which offers a baseball field, basketball court, and an open grass area. The Heights has a couple of local restaurants. The location is within a 1/2 mile of the Falmouth Inner Harbor which offers a nice harbor setting along with several restaurants, sailing, boating, fishing , and shopping. The house is within 1 1/2 mile of main st Falmouth which offers plenty of shopping, restaurant, and museums. Also the house is within a quick drive of several golf courses.

This house is so nice.. so well kept.. super clean. the beds were very comfortable,all the appliances work perfectly. The area is just great . the view is perfect. Very quiet, also there are no security issues..super safe family spot. the owner could not have nicer...Hope to visit again next year. Great restaurants in the area, grocery stores are close by and the town of Falmouth is really charming.
