Vacation Villa - A Home from Home: This villa has received many emails from happy past guests who have stated what a lovely vacation villa it is and this is largely down to the location, cleanliness and up-keep of the villa, not to mention our caring guests who treat the villa as their own, of whom we are most grateful.
We provide a crib, stroller and highchair so you can travel easier, there are also some toys for younger ones.
There is central air conditioning for your comfort, three cable TVs, DVD player, and a large heated pool, spa and lanai that are all enclosed within a screen.
The villa has some beautiful furnishings and is fantastic for one large family, two families, or that special vacation with the grandparents since both couples will have their own suite.
About the Villa: After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own secluded, heated private pool and hot tub, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of perhaps a cramped uninteresting hotel room with a shared pool. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee’s route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never really far from anything.
The property boasts many upgrades to the standard spec. including tiles throughout, heated swimming pool, the hot tub plus we wanted to make sure there was a King and a Queen bed available. The two Double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom has its own patio door right out to the pool area -as does the en-suite for quick access to the toilet and shower facilities for swimmers or bathe
What about the Location: Location-wise our holiday home is just off Highway 27 near to Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando. Everything seems to be accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive'. There are many Golf Courses (including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Polo Park and Deer Creek), restaurants, more shops and of course all the major attractions you've no doubt heard of. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are approx. 30-45 minutes and 50-60 minutes away respectfully depending on traffic. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay each take around an hour to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK whilst the Gulf of Mexico tends to have the warmer water.
Golf:
Golfers will love this location as the Champions Gate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of the villa. Of course there are a few others dotted around but these are the ones previous guests have asked after.
