This 1300 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has everything your group of up to 8 needs to enjoy your stay in the Myrtle Beach Area. New, Neat, and Clean - This condo is 1 year old and furnished with the intention to rent it out and use it occasionally, so we have furnished it nicely for all to enjoy. All linens included. No smoking. No Pets. Washer and Dryer included in this 1st floor unit on the end with an excellent view from the back screened in porch of the pond, fountain, and ducks. Close to Everything - located just off of Route 501 - Fouuntain Pointe is centrally located to allow easy access to all of the areas attractions which include: Golf, Broadway at the beach, The Ocean, The Piers, Shopping, Restaurants, Shows, IMAX, Nascar Park, Outlet Malls, Amusement Parks, Fishing, and much, much more. Many beautiful parks near by. Many Golf courses within a few miles distance. 4 miles from the airport.

More Info: Fountain Pointe is located just off 501 about three to four miles from the beach. This is a great spot to stay as it is centrally located and easy to get to everything. Stores, food, shows, golf, and beach are all near by. The condo sleeps up to 8 people.

1st Floor Unit: This helps for anyone not wanting to climb stairs. Easy to carry groceries in! etc.. Great for elderly - No stairs.

Ammentities: Washer and Dryer Screened porch overlooking pond. New, neat, and clean as well as comfortable.

Golf: Arrowhead World Tour Wizard Wicked Stick River Oaks all within a few miles.

My family and I stayed here the first week of Aug 2009. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The condo is very clean, well decorated and outfitted with everything a you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee pot. Everything you would need at home but better.

The layout is great as it is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The enclosed patio area is feet away from a small pond with water fountains. One of the fountains is right in front of the patio, it is great to sit outside and hear the water.

The condo complex is clean, the Pool, yes there is a pool that is not mentioned, is great. We went swimming everyday after the beach and it was always clean and never crowded.

The condo is a short drive to the beach where we never had a problem finding parking and there is a Walmart between the condo and the beach. We were there daily too. At the end of the street that the condo is on is a very very clean amusement park.

We would highly recommend staying here. With any luck we will be back!

A great place to stay.

We found the condo perfectly adequate for our needs. It was well-appointed, in great condition and well-stocked. The location for us, with JR being at Coastal was ideal. The traffic was awful, but that is hardly something you can do anything about. We would definitely be interested in renting again. The only suggestions I would make would be offering the opportunity to check in early or out late with an appropriate charge. When driving to SC, as you probably know, arriving late in the afternoon means driving all day. Many people like to drive through the night to avoid the heat and sunglare and traffic. That means arrival times can vary. Obviously if the prior occupant has not left or the cleaning is still underway it is not an option, but I know it is a plus for us when we travel. This being a last minute arrangement for us complicated things as far as the contract and payment, but in the end it worked out well. Thank you for following up with me. I wish you success in all future rentals!

A Great Vacation Spot

The condo at Fountain Pointe was a wonderful aspect of our vacation. The condo was clean and in great condition upon arrival, and provided all the amenities of home. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach not to be inconvenient, but far enough to be relaxing; away from the busy grand strand. The owner provided great customer service, we knew exactly who to call in case of a problem. We really appreciated the screened in porch on the back of the condo, which allowed us to watch the beautiful South Carolina Thunderstorms that passed through late one night, and also made a great breakfast spot. I would recommend this property to a friend, fully confident that our comfortable stay would be experienced by them as well.
