With hard wood floors throughout, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected seamlessly into one 'great room'. The dining room seats six comfortably for a formal dinner or casual breakfast. An outdoor terrace offers two lounge chairs to enjoy the warm Playa sun! The living room features a large lounging and seating area looking toward the pool and gardens. With a flat screen television with English/Spanish channels, music, and chess board this is a perfect entertaining area. The kitchen offers an electric cooktop, washer/dryer, and discreet pantry space.
