This spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers gorgeous north facing views of the sandy beach and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counters with island and bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the chef's tools. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional and big screen TV & a view out to the balcony/beach/ocean. New balcony height table/chairs on the balcony enables you to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Located on the driving part of the beach and 2 blocks from Flagler Ave., several eateries, beach shops, coffee shops & craft/novelty shops are within walking distance for your enjoyment while your car is in a private garage.
