Office setup with all equipment and wireless high-speed Internet access; unlimited domestic long distance telephone. Designer furnishings, every comfort. Main house has gas fireplace, full kitchen, bath with tub/shower, plus master suite bath with shower. Master suite has king bedm television, and bath with shower, other bedroom has a queen bed, and living room has queen sleeper. One cabin has mini-kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and queen bed. Other cabin has two bedrooms, one with twins, the other is tiny, with a single daybed. Total of seven sleeping spaces for 11 people. Outdoor kitchen and dining, with outdoor fireplace, amidst beautifully landscaped grounds with lawn. Quiet and private. Absolutely no noise/loud music after 10 p.m.; neighbors will not tolerate late night parties. Flat 1.5 mile walk to downtown Guerneville. Washer/Dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Note: there is no cover on the swimming pool. Pool is in season May through September; 10% discount when pool is not in season. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
