Three bedroom, three bath traditional river-front home with stunning river views and good seasonal river access. In the prestigious Northwood golf course area, this home offers spacious decks with two large dining sets overlooking the river, good privacy from neighbors, and an excellent neighborhood for leisurely walks. The main living level includes an open kitchen/dining/living room with fireplace, double sleeper and the master bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs is a loft bedroom (good privacy from living area) with queen bed and double daybed. Downstairs on the garage level is a basic bedroom with queen bed (this room tends to be musty in the winter). The river access is a set of stairs to a dock and the rental includes a canoe and single kayak. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Location: Monte Rio (Northwood), California 95462. One week minimum in July and August.
