Kick off your boots and spurs and stable your horse. Enjoy our warm and rustic environment combined with modern luxuries such as plasma TV and a computer with high speed internet. This one bedroom Condo is located in the highly secure Anasazi complex near Tatum and Shea.
Everything is included: 42' inch plasma TV, cable, DVD, great sound from in-wall speakers, and wireless high speed internet.
The Anasazi complex is both gated and watched by a roving security guard from 3 am to 7 am. When you have guests arriving, view the front gate on the TV.
Being located adjacent to the Paradise Valley Shopping Mall and the Stonecreek Golf Course, anything you might need is within walking distance, even a dog walking path alongside the golf course. (Anasazi allows one small pet.)

When I questioned the poor WIFI performance, the owner indicated internet bandwidth for the entire development is too small, and this unit’s modem/router is not in the unit but is located in the adjacent unit and is shared between multiple units. My experience was the WIFI being slow, erratic and unreliable.
The push button door lock is convenient (no key) but the code is never changed from previous renters.
(When I asked the owner, she emailed instructions on how to change the code, but wanted it changed back for next renter)
Furniture looks good, couch is very soft and uncomfortable (personal opinion)
I stayed in this apartment for a month; it was quite comfortable and well-suited to my needs. The pools are lovely, and the complex is located in a mall area with every store imaginable. Most importantly the host was extremely flexible and helpful. She answered any of my inquiries within hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.
Her other condo in this complex stunk of dog urine. The furniture was chewed and the condo was filthy. When I called her about the bedroom rug stinking she told me to get some cleaner and clean it.She would do nothing for us at all.I would not rent from her ever again. The dishes were all chipped rugs filthy and the you can hear the guys next door cough all evening so you have to turn the tv up to hear it.yuk yuk yuk
I was a guest from The beginning of Aug through the end of Oct. I have to say, the apartment stayed surprisingly cool in the summer heat. It overlooks the pool but due to the high floor there wasn't much noise. It's really well appointed and centrally located (PV Mall is in walking distance). I left my cell phone in the unit at checkout and the owner even had it mailed to me! That is going above and beyond.
My husband and I stayed in one of their Anasazi 1 bdrm condos for 4 weeks and were so impressed with the condo, the condo complex, the location, the facilities, etc., that we are in the process of buying one of the same. This is an A-1 condo and location for anyone wanting to see all of Phoenix and all it has to offer! Also, it is so easy to "get of out town" - the road planning is amazing!
This property is a perfect place to stay while in Phoenix. It is convenient to great shopping, restaurants and freeways. The amenities and furnishings are wonderful. The property is quiet and feels secluded. It overlooks the pool. The adobe-colored buildings against the intense Arizona blue sky offset by the surrounding green pines gave a picturesque view. The pine trees are ideal for bird watching. Our host was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
