This condominium is a deluxe one bedroom, ground floor, end unit at Kiahuna Plantation and located about 50 steps from Poipu Beach. The living area has a pull out couch that opens into a comfortable queen size bed. The entertainment center is equipped with a 27 inch TV, DVD and CD player. There's a security safe for personal valuables. The Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All necessary serving and cooking utensils are provided. The open kitchen design with 'Corian' counters is ideal for serving and entertaining. The Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 24 inch Cable TV in the bedroom. The unit has been recently remodeled to provide a 'full bathroom' with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The powder room has a vanity sink and mirror. A hair dryer is provided. The Lanai opens onto the beautiful beach front lawn of Kiahuna. It's just 50 steps down the path to the beach! This is a Non Smoking unit!

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai. From Lihue Airport, follow Akuhini St. for about a mile and you will come to the Hwy 56/50 intersection in Lihue. Turn left there, and follow Hwy 50 west until you come to Hwy 520. Turn left onto Hwy. 520 and take it through Kaloa Town following the signs to Poipu. Nearby Golf courses include the newly refurbished, Kiahuna Golf Course across the road and Poipu Bay GC located about 2 miles up the road. On site restaurants include 'Plantation Garden' and 'Casablanca' (at the pool), The Activity Desk has information on Helicopter and Boat tours, kayaking and Movie Tours.
