Three bedroom, three bath spacious river-front home on the second fairway of Northwood Golf Course, 3 miles from downtown Guerneville. Beautiful views of forest and river from the back of the house; beautiful views of the greens and redwood grove from the front of the house. Architecturally exciting, wonderfully furnished with wood-stove in family room, large sunken hot tub on deck, mini office setup with high-speed Internet access. Small beach with kayaks and canoe; larger beach a couple of doors up river. King bed in large master bedroom, queen beds in other two bedrooms’ two single floor futons. All baths have combination tub/shower. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Location: Monte Rio (Northwood), California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
