Down the hall from the living room, at the rear of the house, the family room opens to a deck with outdoor dining and hot tub. In the family room, there's a breakfast table, and the kitchen is adjacent. Also on this floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own deck and adjoining bathroom. From the living/dining room, stairs lead to a loft with desk set. Downstairs from the entry, there's a large master suite with its own sitting area, mini-kitchen, bathroom, and access to the lower deck and hot tub.
