Nicely appointed 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath home on the Eastham/Orleans town line only one lot off Nauset Cove. Private deeded path to the waterfront from this centrally located property. Moor your boat on our deep water mooring for the week and take in all that Nauset Cove and the Outer Beach has to offer. Our property is located within walking distance from downtown Orleans where you will find many restaurants and shopping galore. Walk to town in the morning for coffee and the paper and spend the rest of the day on the Outer Beach - water skiing, fishing, sailing or just relaxing on the sundrenched deck. On the lower level there is a game room with a Pool Table, Foosball table and a giant flatscreen TV. This home located on a dead end street, yet still convenient to all Orleans has to offer.
