Great condo

We rented this condo mid January 2011. We were very pleased with our choice. It was very comfortable for 4 adults for 2 weeks. It was attractive, clean, spacious and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for the few nights we returned and cooked dinner. We loved having a washer and dryer available right there.
We found it to be central for the sightseeing we wanted to do. We explored from Homosassa to Sarasota and everything in between.
Totally enjoyed our time there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We find that our guests love this unit! Alot of times people want to be near the beaches , but also near everything else and this unit is so much more spacious than most places people stay... so glad to have another happy guest , tell your friends .. we'de love to meet them .. !

Fantastic Condo!

My wife and I, along with my brother and his wife, recently stayed in this beautiful condo. We had an excellent experience not just with the condo itself, but also with the landlord. (She was even a good sport about me calling her at 1am for directions!)

The furnished condo is spacious and offers private bathrooms for each bedroom. It also offers a nicely equipped kitchen. It is centrally located to everything you'd like to enjoy in the Clearwater/St. Petersberg/Tampa area. I highly recommend it for your lodging needs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
