Three bedroom, two and-a-half bath river-front home on Drake’s Estate beach. Brand-new construction, beautiful furnishings, spacious living room/dining area with beamed ceiling, 42" plasma television, gas fireplace, and hardwood floors. High-speed cable Internet access; unlimited toll/national long distance telephone service Two bedrooms have two queen beds each, one bedroom has one queen bed. Two bathrooms have tub/showers, plus half bath. Two large decks, one with hot tub. Beach access is excellent; no river view due to shrubs and trees that provide privacy. Double kayak. Central heat; air-conditioning. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Absolutely no noise/loud music after 11 p.m.; neighbors will not tolerate late night parties. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
