Studio/Villa located in the heart of the Rincon Surfing community, only a 2-3 min. drive to World class Surfing, Swimming & Snorkel beaches or a 10-20 min. walk. Gourmet Dinning, Taco Stand, Internet Cafe, Surfbars, Bakery/Convenience Store, Pizzeria, Beer shacks, Nature trails & Bird watching all within a 1-5 min. walk from our property. Public tennis court & Sports center only 10 min. drive, Public Golf course 30 min. drive.

This Studio/Villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscape with distant Ocean & Mountain views. Equipped with a smart kitchenette, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, small fridge, Deep well sink & Counter top with plates, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses. Rice cooker and blender available. Queen size bed fitted with 100% cotton linens, LCD TV wall mount with satellite, Wi-Fi, Twin size rollaway bed (if necessary), A/C, Ceiling fan, BBQ area, Indoor & Outdoor dining table and Sitting areas to enjoy Spectacular Sunrise & Sunsets. Safe, Clean and smoke free facilities.

Beach towels, coolers, chairs & umbrellas included.

Owners live on property in a separate house, Although guests have all the privacy they need. Perfect for low key travelers.

Simply Perfect

Mar Azul is a terrific perch if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable home base in Rincon. You can't beat the location (though at the beginning you'll probably miss a turn on your way somewhere, but isn't that part of the fun on a vacation?). It's in a quiet rural-feeling residential neighborhood and the balcony overlooks a beautiful valley so you feel away from everything even though you're literally minutes away from whatever you need, especially if you need a good selection of boards and fantastic surf breaks.

The studio is simple without feeling spartan or low budget, the outdoor space is great, and Bobby and Raquel are the best sort of owner/hosts: warm and friendly and helpful. They've represented the place completely accurately in their listing, and yet it doesn't really do the set-up—or them—justice! My only complaint is that my stay was way too short.

Peaceful, comfortable rental!

I loved my stay here. Bobby was very helpful during the reservation process and throughout my stay. The apt was exactly as shown in the pictures and it is totaly adequate for one person or a couple. I stayed in the upstairs apt. I did not ise the A/C once because it is well ventilated with 4 windows and a screen door and there was always a nice breeze flowing through. The outdoor patio with furniture is also a nice feature of this apt. Bobby provided beach towels and chairs at no extra charge. The sunrise that I saw from the bed one morning looked exactly like what is shown in the ad! This apt is a great value and I look forward to staying here again. I have stayed at many other places in Rincon including the Lazy Parrot, Casa Islena, Blue Boy Inn, and Tres Sirenas and I loved this little apt the most!
