The property is 5,000 square feet and sits on an acre of land. From the kitchen window there is a view of Heavenly Ski Resort, which is 1/2 mile away. It has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some indoor amenities include three wood burning fireplaces (one in the master bedroom), a walk around wet bar, full pool table, excellent stereo system, and two separate living room / family areas. These areas are great when large parties use the home because the children can stay in one end of the house while the adults stay in the other. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi, volleyball court, horseshoe set, fire pit, two barbecues, two patios with outdoor dining furniture, parking for eight cars, a drive-through breeze way, and two balconies.
