Featured in Coastal Living and Southern Living Magazine on numerous occasion the home is in the Frangista Beach Gulf front neighborhood. This neighborhood boasts 1100 feet of private beach and a Mediterranean Pool with waterfall and spa. It is a quaint neighborhood with tropical landscaping and picket fences. We are very close to shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, spas, fishing, boating and everything you could want or need. Come visit us and create memories worth repeating!!

Awesome Beach Vacation for families!

You won't be disappointed with this beach rental! The location is awesome, beautifully decorated, nice kitchen, comfy seating and bedding. You are literally less than a 5 walk from living room to the beach. What’s best about the location is that its 1 street over from old 98 so there is not any traffic (people or cars) disturbing you but you're still within a stones throw of the ocean. Also, if you enjoy cooking you'll love this kitchen (we cooked 3 separate large meals with no troubles). Our family had such an awesome time in Destin. The weather and the house couldn't have been more perfect! Deborah (the owner) was great to work with and was very helpful in offering up suggestions for shopping and activities.

We had a great time. Love the neighborhood every thing is in walking distance. The beach was really quiet compared to where we usually stay . If you have kids you will like having the pool next door. We will definitely be coming back again.
Very sad to leave!

This lovely house located next to the pool, and just a block from the beach, made for a great vacation location. The description is accurate, and it looks just like the pictures. It is well decorated and comfortable, with lots of landscaping that gives you a secluded feeling. The four bedrooms worked out well for the whole family, nine of us. I would reccomend this to a large family looking to get together for beach and pool time.
