The upper level has a living room and adjacent kitchen, with eat-in dining and seating area. The kitchen opens to the upper deck and outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, with a jack-and-jill bathroom in-between (two toilets in separate rooms, one tub/shower). The lower level has a living room open to the kitchen with a dining set. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Off the lower living room, there's a lower deck, hot tub, fenced wild yard. Next to the house, there's a public path to the beach (no direct access from yard). Cleaning $190, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $75 non-refundable security protection.
Off-season, the upper unit can be rented alone at a 40% discount, cleaning fee of $100 or the lower unit at a 50% discount, $90 cleaning fee. Once one unit is rented, the other will be kept empty. Call to inquire.
