Alii Waikiki is located just two blocks from beautiful Waikiki Beach, at the base of Diamond Head Crater. This large, 684 square foot condominium is across from Queen Kapiolani Park in the quiet est neighborhood of Waikiki.

Walk up the steps of a tropically landscaped, beautiful quiet setting and enjoy the flowering Plumeria tree at the front door & also at the foot of the lanai.

This beautifully decorated, newly renovated in December 2012.

This top (3rd floor) end unit apartment has wonderful views of Diamond Head & the Waikiki Skyline.

Everything is enjoyable, Italian Porcelain tiled floors & soft, thick Berber carpeting,Teak furniture, appliances, and Roman window shades.

This charming apt is an end unit with windows along all three sides, giving it a light, bright and airy atmosphere. This allows the trade winds to go through and keep it cool & comfortable year-round.

The dining room has beautiful views of the Waikiki skyline, Makiki Mountains and Diamond Head Crater. The dining room table is a custom-built, wrought-iron table and seats four people.

The armoire is teak. Bring your laptop, as high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi are included and available at all times. Free local and long distance phone calls to Mainland and Canada.

In the kitchen are granite counter tops and all new appliances including: Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker and all small kitchen appliances. All new cookware, a Henckle knife set, silverware, dishes, table linens, a spice rack and many condiments to save you time and money. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

The living room has an over-stuffed Ultra suede couch/hide-a-bed with an attached chaise lounge and a maple and marble coffee table.

The antique armoire houses a large screen TV with cable, a ten speaker surround-sound stereo/CD system and DVD for your viewing pleasure. Fans and lights are remote controlled.

There is a feeling like a warm hug when you walk in the door, and it makes me feel good to share this with tenants.

This beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Waikiki has captured my heart.

Pualei Circle is close to everything in Waikiki, including walking distance to the world famous beaches, the Zoo, Aquarium, Waikiki Shell and downtown Waikiki.

Great restaurants and cafes are only a few short blocks away!

What makes this apartment unique

I like to stay here if we don't have a tenant...(Which is very rare:)

It is fantastic to swim in the ocean with the colorful fish and turtles.

Today I saw a whale breach while I was on the beach, and this morning I woke up with the birds singing, and the fragrance of Plumeria flowers wafting through the open louvers of the bedroom.

This is an upscale, quiet neighborhood that is very safe.

There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, two Farmer's Markets only a few blocks away, and Kapiolani Park has Festivals almost every weekend.

Rent Surf Boards on the Beach, go for a 1 1/2 hour sail on a Catamaran, Picnic in the Park...

The Waikiki Shell is 2 blocks away, and always has great Entertainment and Concerts.

On Friday nights you can see the fireworks at sunset from the Lanai! Beautiful!!

The Bus line is only two blocks away, and is very convenient if you do not want to walk or drive.

Just got back from a wonderful month stay in this terrific spot. The thing that impressed the most was the overall care that the owner (Michelle ) has taken to include every type of gadget or device that you would need. This place has it all from a brita to an iron we did not have to worry about anything. The views of Waikiki at night and Diamond Head in the morning are spectacular. The walk to the beach across Kapi'olani park is about 7 Minutes. If you play tennis this is a dream since we were a 5 minute walk to a fabulous tennis facility. I would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect Room

This was the first time that we rented a condo instead of a normal hotel room when we travel, and I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first. Is this condo as good and clean as the pictures or some old proto that perk up the place? I was surprised when I got there and was totally in love with the place. This condo is as clean and as good as the picture showed, and close to Waikiki strip mall. Michelle (the owner) is very nice, she stopped by and spent some time showing us around and telling us how/what/where things are in the condo, and even gave us a coupon book to save money on local restaurants and merchandise. We had a wonderful time in Honolulu, and I can not wait to come back again. I was depressed driving back to work the next morning in the Seattle’s rain and 50 F, what a miserable place to live!. If I could live there forever... OOPs, I need to concentrate on driving and stop dreaming……

This is a fabulouse place to stay!
Large enough for all three of us, very stylish and comfortable as well.
Many extras included like parking, internet and washer/dryer.

We were fortunate to be able to spend the month of March at the condo and it provided us with all that we needed for a perfect stay. We enjoyed the fact that it was located on the top floor on the end which gave us quite a bit of privacy. We had plenty of room with the living area being roomy and a good size bedroom. I enjoy cooking so the kitchen worked out very well and the washer and dryer was a big plus. The pool area is also very nice and very private. The location was PERFECT. We enjoyed living in a “regular” neighborhood with the option of hitting the shopping and night life of Waikiki only a short walk away. The close proximity to the park and beach was also a plus. Our host was kind and very helpful. Great place to stay especially if you plan on staying a while. We'll be back.
