Alii Waikiki is located just two blocks from beautiful Waikiki Beach, at the base of Diamond Head Crater. This large, recently renovated, this 684 square foot condominium is across from Queen Kapiolani Park in the quiet neighborhood of Waikiki.
Walk up the steps of a beautifully landscaped tropical setting and enjoy the flowering Plumeria Tree at the front door and also at the foot of the Lanai (Hawaiian for Balcony).
This beautifully decorated, top (third) Floor, end unit apartment has wonderful views of Diamond Head, Makiki Mountains, and the beautiful Waikiki skyline.
Everything is enjoyable; From the Italian porcelain tiled floors and soft, thick Berber carpeting to the antique (and custom made) furniture, appliances, and Roman window shades. This large, beautiful apartment is an end unit with windows along all three sides, giving it a light, bright and airy atmosphere. This allows the trade winds to go through and keep it cool and comfortable year-round.
The dining room has beautiful views of the Waikiki skyline, Makiki Mountains and Diamond Head Crater. The dining room table has custom-built, wrought-iron table and seats four people. Bring your laptop, as high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi are included and available at all times.
In the renovated, custom kitchen are granite countertops and all appliances including: Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker and all small kitchen appliances, including a juicer and a bread-maker. All cookware, knife set, silverware, dishes, table linens, spices and many condiments to save you time and money.
A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
The living room has an over-stuffed ultra suede couch and attached chaise lounge next to a beautiful antique maple and marble coffee table.
The antique armoire houses a large screen TV with cable, a ten speaker Surround-Sound Stereo/CD system and DVD for your viewing pleasure. Fans and lights are remote controlled in the living room and bedroom.
The bedroom has a very comfortable, pillow top, queen-size bed with an antique bronze headboard, two beautiful teak and bamboo dressers, mahogany closet doors, crystal lamp, a flat screen TV/DVD player combo, a clock/radio/alarm, a cordless telephone/answering machine, iron and ironing board, all in an elegant Asian decor.

This beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Waikiki has captured my heart.
Pualei Circle is close to everything in Waikiki, including walking distance to the world famous beaches, the Zoo, Aquarium, Waikiki Shell and downtown Waikiki.
Great restaurants and cafes are only a few short blocks away!
I like to stay here if we don't have a tenant...(Which is very rare:)
It is fantastic to swim in the ocean with the colorful fish and turtles.
Today I saw a whale breach while I was on the beach, and this morning I woke up with the birds singing, and the fragrance of Plumeria flowers wafting through the open louvers of the bedroom.
This is an upscale, quiet neighborhood that is very safe.
There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance, two Farmer's Markets only a few blocks away, and Kapiolani Park has Festivals almost every weekend.
Rent Surf Boards on the Beach, go for a 1 1/2 hour sail on a Catamaran, Picnic in the Park...
The Waikiki Shell is 2 blocks away, and always has great Entertainment and Concerts.
On Friday nights you can see the fireworks at sunset from the Lanai! Beautiful!!
The Bus line is only two blocks away, and is very convenient if you do not want to walk or drive.
I congratulated myself for finding such a perfect place to stay every single day for two months. This was the best of everything. I had almost three months in Hawaii, and I was staying in hotels down on the strip and realized they were noisy, crowded, and not helping me relax. Though I wanted to be near all the great things to do, I needed somewhere where I could live a quieter more normal life. So when I took a chance on this place (my first vacation rental experience) and pulled into this amazing little neighborhood where this condo is, and heard nothing but birds singing, I was thrilled. And yet, I didn't miss out on anything Waikiki - I walked to Tiki's Bar & Grill for dinner, to the Moana Surfrider's Beach Bar, to the cute shop Sand People, to Rumfire for drinks, to the giant duty free store... you get the idea! And after I was done having fun I got to come back to my adorable Polynesian shabby chic quiet breezy apartment with a real fridge and a real stove and a big couch and no parking fees or hidden resort fees and more square feet than any hotel room I'll ever be able to afford. And the landlord clearly cares about this place and it feels like a real home. I loved every minute of being there.
We loved staying at this property. We were close to the park for our walks, the beach, the Elks Lodge, Waikiki, many restaurants. The condo itself was nicely decorated and comfortable. The views were very nice also. We hope to be able to return to this little piece of heaven.
We were so happy with this beautiful apartment! It is completely turnkey, so we didn't have to buy anything except our food. The furnishings and Decour are also really top-notch. It was great to wake up with the birds singing in the plumaria trees in the morning. The beach is such a close walk, and so beautiful as well. We just took the bus if needed, but most everything was a short walking distance away. We had breakfast at Bogarts, lunch at Surf and Turf tacos, and enjoyed cooking dinner at the apartment most nights, as it is very well-equipped for cooking. The flat screen TVs, and then I Soundsystem are also A bonus with this beautiful rental. I don't want to say too many nice things about it, because we want to come back next year as well!
This is the best property I have ever stayed at in Waikiki!
It is decorated so beautifully with antiques and upscale furnishings.
The tropical tradewinds come through all day and night, so not need for an air conditioner, although there is one if needed.
The full kitchen is fully stocked with all I needed to cook full gourmet meals for me and my daughter.
It is great to have the washer/dryer in the apartment, and equally nice to have an assigned parking space, high-speed internet, and free local/mainland and Canada calling!
I woke up to the birds singing in the big Plumeria trees located in the front and the lanai (balcony) areas.
The scent of the flowers is intoxicating.
We enjoyed the newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and the new carpet and large chaise couch, as well as the flat screen tv's in the living room and bedroom.
It is so convenient to walk to San Souci beach, where the sand if soft and white, and the snorkeling is amazing!
The bus is close by, and it is a great way to get around the island.
Safeway is less than a mile away, and it is huge; they carry everything we needed.
I highly recommend this oasis in Diamond Head, and will come again next year.
I can't believe they don't charge more for this beautiful apartment!
Excellent location - close to: Waikiki shops, restaurants, hotels, tourist attractions; Park/Beach; Safeway; Starbucks; Walmart & Costco. Very quiet area. A/C really helped at night. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cups & glasses. Ice maker was a blessing. Ample closet & dresser space with an abundance of hangers. Two sets of beach chairs and plenty of towels. Appreciated washer & dryer in unit. Missed having a lanai in the mornings.

This is a fantastic vacation rental near all that Waikiki offers, but it is located in a much quieter neighborhood than the "wild" Waikiki center.
This rental is a favorite of many return clients, and is always booked the entire year.
