Palmetto Dunes was named the #1 Family Resort in the Continental United States and Canada by 'Travel and Leasure Family Magazine' in 2003. This spacious 1500 square foot villa has a fabulous private deck view of the #8 fairway of George Fazio Golf Course. Fazio's is one of four golf courses in Palmetto Dunes which also boasts of an outstanding tennis center with over 25 courts. The unit contains a king-size first floor master bedroom with a television; two twin beds in the 2nd floor second bedroom; a second floor loft; and two queen size sleeper sofas. A full size bathroom is located on each floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all full size and nicely equipped. The deck off the living room has outdoor furniture to enjoy watching the passing golfers. A locking outdoor storage area is attached for your golf clubs, bicycles and beach supplies. This unit offers high speed wireless internet access.
