This slopeside condo has much to offer in both the winter and summer seasons. There are fabulous year-round mountain views as well as easy access to the restaurants, shops, etc. at Beaver Creek. For convenient access to the slopes, chairlift #14 is only 40 feet from the lodge lobby. Within the condo, there are two comfortable bedrooms that each sleep 2, as well as a pull-out sofa for an additional two people. Some amenities include: Gas fireplace, Fully equipped kitchen, Direct-dial phones, Washer-dryer, Dishwasher, Internet connection, Cable television (there is a TV in both bedrooms and the living room), Private ski locker (with lock) to store equipment. The building in which the condo is located is vary spacious and offers many convenient services, including: Private underground parking, Two outdoor hot tubs and heated pool, Heated underground parking, Fitness center in building.

Beaver Creek is in the center of Colorodo's magnificent ski and summer recreation areas. The condo, located within The Borders Lodge, is in close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops as well as recreation centers, golf courses, and ski areas. Skiers can roam freely from the back door of The Borders Lodge lobby to one of many ski areas, including Beaver Creek, Bachelors Gulch, and Arrowhead. In the summer, there are many areas to fly fish, golf, white water raft, hike, bike, and get a feel for the Western lifestyle through visits to one of many ranches and concert series in the area. To facilitate all of the activities in the area, there are numerous shuttle buses available for transportation. They run every 10 minutes from the lodge, and there is also a dial-a-ride service. All shuttle services are free from The Borders Lodge.
