This 3000 sq.' NEW home overlooks the slopes across the street, and has breathtaking views of Bretton Woods and Crawford Notch. Ideal for one or two families.There's no coin toss for the master bedroom because we have two! Three levels include a ground level 2 bedroom /1 bath space with interior and exterior entrances which can be separately locked off . Upgrades, include granite counter tops, flat screen TV's, and WIFI. Although professionally decorated with new furniture, you will feel cozy and warm here with all the personal touches that a hotel room lacks. Downstairs has a king bedroom, twin bedroom, living area with flat screen TV, games and wet bar. The main level with soaring ceilings has an open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living and dining area, stone fireplace, large deck, grill, and separate laundry room. All linens are provided. The 3rd level master KING bed/bath and TWIN/KING bed/bath overlook the main level and gorgeous views of Crawford Notch.

This fully equipped home doesn't need a thing but you! There is something for everyone at this 4 season luxurious resort. Don't miss Storyland, Six Gun City, the Gorge and many other activities for kids. Babysitting is available while parents dine at the resorts several restaurants or night club it at the Cave. All inclusive amnesties and activities mean never having to leave, and why would you want to? Go swimming, OR luxuriate in the new 12,000 sq. Spa and conference center. Otherwise, sit by the fire on cool evenings and enjoy the spectacular views or have a soak in the jacuzzi. Enjoy cocktails from our decks OR take in the sunset views at the hotel porch. Summer activities include hiking, tennis, the new 27 hole golf course, fishing , and horseback riding. You have all the luxury of the main living area equipped with a large gourmet kitchen and dining for 10 for $300/night. Three bedrooms: $400/night. Four bedrooms: $475/night.

    As a three or four bedroom, you will have all of the above amenities plus the downstairs area which connects to the upper level by a privacy door. This is ideal for two families who want their alone time. This area has its own living room, entertainment center, king bed and twin bedroom which share a full bath, and an outside deck. The wet bar and wine cooler provide easy entertaining.

Beautiful Condo -Perfect for a family get together

My family had the privilege of staying at this spacious condo for the Columbus Day weekend. We had two couples each with 2 children. One family stayed on the top floor and one on the lower level.
Perfect arrangement for sleeping, showering, privacy etc..

Note that the lower level is above ground with a walk out patio and deck. It was also a perfect place for kids to play while the adults gathered together upstairs for appetizers, cocktails and some relaxing time before dinner.

We had friends and other family over for meals and the large kitchen was a busy hub with all kinds of space and appliances to easily prepare all kinds of food.

The condo is located across from the mountain, with a great view of the slopes, we were able to play basketball at the rec center, go hiking, visit the Mt. Washington Resort, enjoy the foliage and catch up with family and friends.

Those who had stayed at Bretton Woods before thought our unit was one of the newest, largest and better maintained townhomes in comparison to others they had rented.

The unit was clean, well equipped and loaded with firewood. We spoke with the owner several times, the transaction was easy, even accepting credit cards.

Bretton woods is always awesome, but this unit completely made our holiday weekend.

Nice, clean, spacious place with all the amenities

Bretton Woods is a great family getaway for both summer and winter with the new spa at the Mount Washington Resort, skiing, outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. We come here a few times a year and have rented several different places. This place is a newer townhouse that is well equipped, very clean, comfortable and luxurious. Nice views also. The kitchen was very well equipped with all of the necessities and extras. The beds/mattresses were new and comfortable. This all help to create a great family vacation. The owner is easy to contact and deal with for the rental. We definitely plan to rent this unit again on our next trip up.

Luxury accomidations in great location

We spent a long week-end in the unit and found it to be fantastic.

The first floor kitchen and living area is the center piece of the unit. This area is large, warm, and well appointed with granite counters, luxury appliances, large screen TV, nice furniture, and a large fireplace. The open floor plan allows friends and family to interact casually with plenty of space. Better yet, the views are open vistas of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.

The upstairs and downstairs suites provide an opportunity for families or friends to get some downtime and retire to their own "private apartment". This was great for us since we were traveling with two adult children. After a day of hiking we were able to spend a few hours cooking and relaxing before retiring to our own activities.

The area offers many year round activities such as hiking and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. That said, there are also great spa and recreational facilities and fun shopping nearby in Conway.
