Condo, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, sleeps up to 8

Walleye and Perch fishing on Lake Erie. Minutes to Port Clinton. Go jet skiing or catch the ferry to Put in Bay. Close to Camp Perry for the gun matches. Enjoy the tennis or basketball courts or take the kids fishing at the catch and release pond. Enjoy bird watching at The Ottawa County Nature Reserve or Magee Marsh, look for bald eagles while hiking the trails. Relax in the screened in patio room or take a dip in our beautiful pool. Full kitchen with microwave, washer and dryer, cable TV with DVD and video. Close to golf courses and shopping. Thirty minute drive to Marblehead or Cedar Point.Condo is clean and well kept.

25% deposit due when signed contract is returned. Deposit is applied to rental fee. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your reserved stay.
Summer guests using the pool area must supply renters with a current credit card #. If pool pass is not returned to condo at the end of your visit or lost during your stay a fee of $150 will be billed to cc to replace pool pass.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
