Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Room, 3 Full Baths (Sleeps 7)

We invite you to come and relax in our platinum level beachfront condo, conveniently located on the 3rd floor. You will find the ultimate in modern furnishings and art work in our 2BR/3BA condo with an additional bunk room. You are directly on the beach with breathtaking sunset and ocean views right off our18 foot balcony. Our unit sleeps 6 in top quality bedding and linens. The master bedroom features a king size bed & full bath, the guest room features a queen size bed & bath with shower. Each of these rooms has its own LCD TV with DVD. The bunk room features 2 twin beds and has it's own bath. An inflatable twin bed is provided for a 7th person if needed. The living room has a 47' flat screen with theater surround sound and docking for ipod, nintendo, & playstation The kitchen features granite counter tops and is fully equipped with designer dishware and accessories. There is room for 7 to dine. The balcony has a dining table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs. You will love it.

The comfortable living room features a 47' flat screen TV which combined with the home theater system provides an outstanding movie and entertainment experience. A selection of DVD's, music CD's and an I-pod docking station are provided. A game cable is provided and pre-wired for easy hook-up of Play station, Nintendo and X-box for your gaming enthusiasts. We have full cable service with over 70 channels including HBO. Board games and playing cards are also provided. Relax and watch the sunset from our 18 foot covered balcony! The condo also provides a washer and dryer. All linens are provided including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella service is also available. I'm sure you'll agree, this is beach living at it's finest!

Tidewater Beach Resort is a 1st class resort located on 636 ft of white sand beach. The resort features 2 huge lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, a 4300 sq ft fitness center with his and hers saunas and steam rooms, also a pair of 'Roman baths' are available for relaxation and stress relief. A 60 seat movie theater and a game arcade are also available. Wireless internet is available throughout the resort. The amenities can't be beat!

Less than 3000 ft away is the fabulous Pier Park! This new and exiting area features over 70 stores, 20 restaurants, entertainment venues, and a 16 plex theater. There is even a Pier Park Trolley service!

Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, new condo with plenty of accessories to make your holiday unforgettable. Being on the third floor made it easier and quicker to get to the beach and to the covered parking garage. Perfect place for a family oriented vacation with lots of room.
The amenities for this almost new resort are very well maintained and large and full of activities, even a movie theatre. The gym at the resort was very modern and well equipped.
It is in walking distance to the Pier Park Mall.
The owners of the condo gave us all the instructions, and codes for the condo that were easy to follow.
We definitely recommend this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the amazingly beautiful condo which is an excellent value. It was everything the owners said it would be and was well represented in the photos provided - and absolutely spotless. It took us no time to feel at home. Being there in November and December, the Tidewater was quiet and peaceful. The amenities offered were easily accessed and very well maintained. We walked to and around Pier Park which was buzzing at Christmas time (and all decked out) with all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and movies. Winn Dixie and the post office annex were also within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) and a quick and easy car ride. We enjoyed the historic section of Panama City where there are 2 live performance theaters and restaurants. We also took advantage of 3 nearby state parks - each with a different historical focus. All in all we would recommend this location in a heart beat.

The Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to access the beach or a car in a flash. I highly recommend this condo and the owners are wonderful to work with.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
