Your vacation starts the minute you walk through the door of Adagio 202B. This 2nd floor well appointed four bedroom condominium overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and an infinity edge heated swimming pool. The enclosed photos do not do this condominium justice. You need to see it for yourself

The balcony is over 300 square feet and is large enough for relaxing and dining. Our home boasts three king beds and a pair of twin beds.

The over sized sofa will accommodate another guest with comfort. Each bedroom has a TV, and the master bedroom and den have plasma screens. We have added the Showtime and Stars package to both plasma screens.

The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking supplies like you have at home. Top of the line Viking appliances include a gas stove and ice maker and granite countertops and travertine flooring throughout the living area.

The Adagio property has an 8,000 square foot pool with a community hot tub plus a heated infinity edge gulf front pool. There is a well furnished fitness room on the property. Enjoy the gas and charcoal grills conveniently placed around the property. Beach chair rentals are available in season.

The Blue Mountain Beach area is absolutely beautiful. There are first rate restaurants and shops within walking distance. Big Daddy's bike rental and For the Health of It (best massages in Florida!) are a stone's throw away.

We have thought of everything we can to make your vacation as comfortable and fun as it can possibly be. If you have been to Adagio before, you know our cell phone service is very sketchy because of the hurricane proof construction. We now have free long distance on our landline through Media com phone service and we have a network extender for Verizon phone users which has improved our phone service tremendously.

If you must do business while on your beach vacation, it just got easier!!!

A $200 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals

About The Owner

Our family has enjoyed the Destin area since the 1980's. We have watched it grow from miles and miles of white sand to what it is today. Although we miss the undeveloped beach town, we love and appreciate the restauratnts, the shopping and all the facilities that make the Destin area the fun vacation spot it is today. We bought our first condo in 1995 and were in the Crystal Beach area. But 30-A was always our dream. We are so happy to be in Blue Mtn, Beach because it still holds the charm of Destin 25 years ago. Because we have rented our condos for so many years, we know what our renters are looking for in a comfortable and beautiful condominium.

Our two children were only four and two when we first became condominium owners. Now that they are 21 and 19 we can't begin to remember all the happy times we have had at the beach! We would love to have you come make memories in our home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

Adagio is unique for its location and its amenities. We have two beautiful pools and are also on the beach. The sidewalks that are directly outside the property are great for biking and walking. The restaurants close by are all fantastic. And yet you are not in an over crowded vacation spot.

The owner, Jamy, was very friendly and cares about her guests. She checked on us the day after our arrival to make sure all was well with the condo. This huge condo was a beautifully decorated home away from home. The furnishings were pretty and very comfortable (especially the master king sized bed). The colors were warm and the rooms were cozy. This home was fully stocked with all the necessities and all the rooms were clean. We had seven, sometimes eight, people in the condo and it never felt crowded. The view of the ocean from the second floor balcony was perfect. Some nice extras: Jamy provides four beach chairs, along with six large beach towels. Also, there were two sturdy hooks on the backs of all the bedroom/bathroom doors. This was the nicest condo we've ever rented. We appreciate Jamy and her family sharing it.

A slice of Paradise

There were 8 girls (moms) and we were amazed at the beauty of the beach, the view, and your gorgeous condo! It was all lovely. The photos are lovely, but the look is just not captured in the photos. You have to experience it! The sand feels as soft as butter on your feet! Wonderful homes to view no matter which direction you choose to walk/run. The pool by the beach was heated and great to swim laps in early in the morning before kids arrived. All of us agreed our beds were VERY comfortable! That is a bonus when you're on a get away weekend! The chairs, the beach towels and other ammenities (even a separate ice maker) were so great to not have to worry about packing since all but one of us were flying in! Such a pain to have to check luggage these days! The blender was so fabulous, I now own the same kind! The owner was as sweet as could be and she even called to check on us the day after we arrived! The free long distance on the condo phone was nice as my ATT cell service was not working well...everyone else's provider worked just fine and laptop hooked up to wifi just great. We all agreed we will be returning and we won't bother looking for a different place to stay...this is right where we all want to be!

We had a fabulous Mother's Day Weekend. Jamy's place was very comfortable and there's a wonderful kitchen. The pictures on the website of the condo didn't do it complete justice. When we arrived - we were amazed at its size and you couldn't beat the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks Jamy!

Spring Break 2012 with 5 HS senior daughters/friends was amazing at The Adagio! This is a condo with a great view (over the beach pool but you'd never know it when sliding door is closed-very quiet!), a beautiful beach, distance enough from the crowds but close enough to the action, a secure spot for our teenagers but also a very family safe atmosphere, all the creature comforts you can imagine! Lots going on in the details-amazing linens, comfy beds, ice machine, Bose sound system, watched NCAA bball championship game on great TV (Yay KY!). We loved our week and will book again in a heartbeat! Thank you Jamy!

This condo is perfect! It is so beautifully decorated yet so very comfortable. The beach access is so easy and the views of the Gulf are incredible. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes--everything else is there. We had such a great time. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy each other's company. We would love to return.
