Superbly located with uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic, Sea, Mountain & Countryside views. Surrounded by unspoiled Greek countryside. Secluded yet only minutes away from all the local amenities & only 800m from the beach & bay & easily accessed via Tarmac roads. The villa is set in a quiet secluded area. It has a beautiful inground swimming pool. with shallow child's area.(the pool can be heated on request, additional charge will be applied). Large stone built charcoal barbecue( with electric 'spit roast' facility', adjoining stone built inset sink with Hot & Cold water. Large pool terrace with H&C Shower. Pool terrace can be accessed by french doors, leading from the 2 ground floor bedrooms. A large terraced balcony on the first floor, can be accessed via French doors from the 3 first floor bedrooms. Although the surroundings of the villa is very quiet, for peaceful relaxation, you are still only 3 minutes drive away from all the local amenities & everything you need.

Notes: The ground floor area consists of a large open plan living/dining/kitchen, with spectacular views out to sea and the country sided and the mountains. Off the kitchen lead into real hall, then into main shower room and onto 2 bedrooms. Access from these 2 bedrooms via French doors to pool terrace. Access first floor via marble staircase, onto large landing, then feeding into all 3 bedrooms. Access from all 3 bedrooms to large terraced balcony. All bedrooms have vaulted timber ceilings. Off kitchen area, access rear morning garden via French doors. This superb villa has views in all directions that are breathtaking.

It was a fantastic opportunity to spend our holiday in September 2008 in gorgeous villa Calvonic, in this fantastic place on the unique island Lefkas.
In an elevated position above Wassiliki bay the Villa affords enormous spectacular views.The villa itself has many excellent qualities like a lot of space, pleasant architecture, all-around comfort as well as well equipped kitchen.
All advices were very useful. Our last evening, for example, we have spent watching sunset from the terrace of tavern "Panorama" and enjoying welcoming atmosphere as well as delicious meal created by the owener friend Thomas.
It was also nice to deal with Dave who provided quick and friendly service.
