Spectacular river view, large deck with hot tub and patio dining, and good river access, via path, steps, and three rung ladder to seasonal dock, with two single kayaks. Gas grill. Fenced front yard. High-speed Internet access. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. (Next door to Guernewood Landing). Location: Guerneville, CalifornIa 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
