Enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the Jackson Hole Valley with easy access to town , the national parks and the Snake River. Located only 6 miles from the heart of Jackson this expansive house sits on a 3 acre lot only about 50 yards from the Snake River and gives any group or family the privacy and seclusion they need while on vacation. Beds throughout the house can range from bunk beds to king beds and can be arranged in rooms depending on the size and needs of group staying. Back deck is the full length of the house. Fully furnished kitchen with all the cooking appliances needed. Enjoy a lazy BBQ afternoon and fish on the Snake River or play horse shoes on the lawn that leads down to the river. Bald eagles frequently perch on the cottonwood trees sitting on the property. Owners will treat guest to a commercially guided scenic or whitewater river trip down the beautiful Snake River during their stay.

  • 50% deposit required for all reservations 5 days after reservation is booked.

    Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival receive full refund minus 10% of deposit. Cancellations within 45 days forfeit entire 50% deposit.

    6% Wyoming Sales Tax not included in rate

    A $1,000.00 (one thousand dollar) security/damage fee will be collected with the rent and returned to the Guest within 30 days of departure.



    Entire balance is due 14 days before arrival

More Details: House is located six miles south of Jackson in a very private sub division. All houses in the area sit on 3 acre lots, giving everyone their own space and privacy.

River Access: The Snake River is only about 50 yards from the house. There is a fence along the river of the property and a gate to gain access to the river.

Raft Trip for Guest Staying at the House: Owners will treat guest to a commercially guided scenic or whitewater river trip down the beautiful Snake River during their stay.

Great Stay in Jackson Hole!

My family group (12) of two brothers, their wives and four children along with my wife, two children and myself stayed at this wonderful house in Jackson Hole this past two weeks and had a great time! The house was very clean, nicely furnished, well-maintained and there was lots of room for everyone to relax together, spread out or have some privacy too. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, dinnerware, etc. The house being on 3 acres gave the kids and adults lots of room to play outside, organize games and enjoy the outdoors. The home is close enough to town for groceries, shopping, etc. The property owners could not have been more considerate or helpful.
Jackson Hole is a huge recreational area because of its closeness to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. We were able to enjoy the fun town of Jackson and local area as well as take day trips to the parks. We also enjoyed a free trip with Dave Hansen Whitewater Rafting Co. - A wonderful experience all around!
All our family have agreed that this was one of the best vacations we have had and hope to do it again next year. We would highly recommend this beautiful vacation home and this recreational area!
