Stand alone 2 bedroom Seasonal Cottage is located in the premier 66 acres upscale community resort of Summer Village in Wells Maine. This resort offers many family oriented activities right on site. Three in-ground pools including one adult and two family pools, adult hot tub, outdoor movie theater, computer/internet room with wireless internet access, game room with arcades, large playground, fitness center, baseball field, shuffle board, putting green, tennis, bocce, volley ball and basketball courts. Free trolley is available to ride throughout this resort. Our cottage is meticulously maintained and offers a fully equipped functioning kitchen with granite counter tops,. A full bath, a sun porch, AC/heat, cable TV with a HD flat screen, washer/dryer. A town trolley is available to take you and your family to Ogunquit and Wells Beaches as well as many scenic ocean vista's including Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and numerous Shops and Restaurants.

My husband, myself and our two sons stayed for a week. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pools were great, wonderful basketball court for the boys and they loved the game room as well. Cottage was immaculate and stocked with whatever you needed as far as pots/dishes/linens etc.. Will deffinitely stay here again one day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
