Great art collection. Wireless high-speed cable Internet access. Both bedrooms have queen beds; bathroom is shower only. Wonderful outdoor areas, both sunny and shady. Gas barbecue. One mile to downtown Guerneville. Creek is seasonal and may run dry in the summer. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August. PRICED AT DISCOUNTED RATE FOR WINTER.
