Nestled amid seven lush acres of woods, meadows, and marshlands, awaits this peaceful retreat. A spacious deck provides spectacular ocean views of the Elizabeth Islands. The country location, rich in wildlife and fresh air, is only outdone by the surrounding coastline. Rolling fields overlook a saltwater pond, beaches, and the entrance to Buzzards Bay. A ten minute walk leads to two beautiful swimming beaches, including the Nature Conservancy's Quicksand Pond/Goosewing Beach Preserve. There are many other beaches in the area to explore and enjoy as well!

The home lies on the east side of Brayton Point Road, two thirds down the road, adjacent to Richmond Pond and just over the Rhode Island/Massachusetts border. Providence is a forty minute drive away. So is Newport, but in a different direction. Boston is an hour and a half drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A week's minimum stay is mandatory during peak season. Beyond one week, additional nights are prorated at $321/night during the peak season. To secure a reservation, a check for the first half of the total rental amount is due with a copy of a signed lease. As described in the lease, this payment is non-refundable so making a reservation is a serious commitment. The remaining balance is due one month before arrival. Interested parties should contact the owner for a lease.
  • Parties with approved pets will be charged $100 pet fee. More than two pets, the pet fee is $200.
