Good river access with lawn and path to sandy neighborhood beach; two single kayaks and one canoe. All three bedrooms have queen beds and19" flat-screen televisions. Well-equipped kitchen. Wireless high-speed Internet access; unlimited domestic telephone service; 42" HDTV in living room. Wood-burning river stone fireplace. Beautiful decks with patio dining, loungers, and hot tub, plus outdoor shower. Seasonal outdoor ping-pong table. Central heat. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Note: One week minimum in June, July, and August. Location: Guerneville, California 95446.
