PERFECT LOCATION: A Short walk to all of Seaside Heights attractions; Just 2 blocks from boardwalk, ocean or bay. Come walk NJ's largest boardwalk. Ride the rides, drive the Go Karts, swim, fish, kayak, boat, jetski, go to the water park, and much more all a short walk away. Want to get away for the day? Go to Atlantic City - only 1 hour away. BEAUTIFUL CLEAN CONDO: Only 6 units in our private Complex w/ its own in-ground swimming pool. Our unit has 2 Bedrooms with their own TV's and AC units. The living room has another AC unit and TV. Full service kitchen has microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, and everything else you could need. Master bedroom has private balcony overlooking the in-ground pool. 3 TV's. AC units, DVD player, stereo radio are all included. Unit has it's own washer and dryer!!! 3rd Floor unit displays very scenic views of all of lovely Seaside. 2 PARKING SPOTS; 4 BEACH PASSES No Pets; No Smoking; No Proms; Must be 25+

This was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and neat. Decorated so cute with all the amenities needed for a great vacation and close to the boardwalk and beach and major highways. Highly recommend this condo and will most likely return next year.

Family had an excellent week at this unit. Family includes 19 and 17 year old boys. Two amusement parks and many restaurants and arcades at the boardwalk and beach. Free concerts and fireworks. Excellent beach with 2-3 ft waves good for boogie boards and skim boards. Beach not crowded because passes required, but town has some restrictions ( no balls, alcohol, swimming closes at 5-6 PM). Went to 6 Flags one day, 40 minute drive. Condo was clean and comfortable and was everything the owners said. Very enjoyable.

The info the owner provided was accurate. Unit was clean - all electronics and appliances worked fine (toaster is too small for bagels but that is minor). Everything went smoothly so far w/ owner (writing this before deposit has been returned).

Boardwalk/beach is 5 min. walk. Grocery store is just 3 minutes by car.

No complaints but there was a slight smoking odor all week in master bedroom - could be from air filtered through air conditioning from folks outside.

please note:
- A&P grocery store currently has a promotion offering a free beach pass if you spend more than $25 in one trip. Unit comes with 4 beach passes but if you have more people (unit holds 7), take advantage of the offer.
- Try Irish Night Tuesday at Spicy Cantina on the Boardwalk - singer Rich Meyer is a lot of fun.
- Look for info on boardwalk or from chamber Web site on free beach movie, concert and fireworks nights each week during summer, and festivals at other times of yr.

This was my second summer vacation in Seaside Heights, NJ and it was better than my first! The location was perfect. Two parking spots made it even better. It was so easy to deal with the property owners, they were accessible, fair and honest. The property was as described and the place was stocked with everything you need! Even coffee!!! I plan on renting again next year!
