Welcome to Montecristo Estates: This brand new private villa overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has spectacular unobstructed views from each room as well as the terrace and lanai. The Jack Nicklaus golf course, visible from the terrace, is scheduled to be completed soon. Your luxurious 3500 plus square foot villa is fully equipped and features a hot tub and BBQ on the upper deck and your own private infinity pool on the lower level. Upstairs is a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In the bedrooms enjoy luxurious linens, walk-in closets, and a Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath. All this comes with daily maid service, concierge assistance and even a private chef, if you so desire. Hourly complementary shuttles will take you from Sunset Beach to Medano Beach in downtown Cabo San Lucas.
