Pelican's Landing OCEANFRONT Unit. GREAT VIEW!! This unit is a 3rd floor CORNER Unit for that extra beach view! We are located in the popular Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. Approximately 1 mile north of Pirates Voyage/Carolina Opry. Pelican's Landing features attractive landscaping and 2 outdoor pools. The Courtyard pool also has a playground area. The Complex has elevators for easy access.

These condos offer a screened-in oceanfront porch/decks. Also each condo has its own washer and dryer. These units are completely furnished including all major and most small kitchen appliances.

The Apache Pier is 1/2 mile north of Pelican's Landing and offers fishing and entertainment and a local restaurant. The popular Ocean Annie's Beach Club is located approximately 150 yards South. Pelican's Landing 3 miles South of Barefoot Landing, 7 miles North of Broadway at the Beach.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!! Myrtle Beach has approximately 100 golf courses! Also, many theme restaurants such as Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood and more. Theme Parks include several water parks, Alligator Adventure, Ripley's and many more.

These are 'SMOKE FREE' units. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units.

NO PETS ALLOWED!!!

SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING!!! Pelicans Landing is located a couple of miles south of Tanger Outlet. Also, located a couple of miles from the Mall with the Bass Pro Shop store, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing.

Great Vacation Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Pelican's Landing. We loved the screened in porch during the rain, and used it every evening until late at night. It is very clean, with many updates. The laundry room is great, with full-sized appliances, so we didn't have to wash so many loads. The rooms are nice sizes, and having 2 1/2 baths is really convenient.

The owners and the property management staff were really friendly and responded quickly to any requests or problems. We lost our parking pass, and had to have an emergency delivery of medical supplies, and they were quick to help us find a solution.

Quick access to Hwy 17 and 31 were optimal, and being close to the Bass Pro Shop and the outlets is always a plus for our group.

We will definitely stay here again.

Great View! Condo! Location!

We loved this unit. It had a great view and was clean and the location was fantastic for families. It was just out of all the heavy traffic, but close to all the attractions. The owners recommended a local favorite restaurant "Carolina Roadhouse" on Bus. 17 and it was fabulous! Tanger outlets and Walmart right up the road and a convenience store across the street! We loved having our coffee on the balcony watching the waves come in. We will definately be back. Thanks TNT!

You could not ask for a nicer place to spend a weeks vacation. Our family looks forward to our time here from the moment we leave until we return the next year. We call it our beach house home away from home. The rooms are large. The ammenities are many. The local is fantastic. Walk on the beach to the pier or to Ocean Annies. Walk across the street to nice little shops. Drive short distances to shops & sight seeing. We have been coming to the Shore are for many years. This is the best condo we have stayed at & we have tried many different ones. This is the only one we want. BEST place to spend a vacation.

We just got back from our week stay here(9/3-9/10/2011) and we were sad to leave. The condo was very nice and clean. I wish there were a few more comfy chairs but we made due just fine. The owners were great to work with. The weather was awesome and there were a lot of things close by to do. I hope to return some summer week with my kids again. We all had lots of laughs and fun. Sad to come home.
