Home entertainment includes stereo system, 2 TVs, CD, DVD, VCR players, high speed Internet, games and books. Second-story deck off master suite with outdoor chairs. Great for star gazing. Steps to Tiana Bay and beach. Kayak, barbecue, outdoor dining table,bicycle, beach chairs, umbrellas linens provided. Ocean beaches 10 mins. away for sunning, swimming, sailing, waterskiing,fishing . Quaint East Quogue, Southampton and Westhampton within 3 to 20 miles. Enjoy great restaurants, museums, free outdoor concerts, art shows/galleries, shopping (Outlets), golf, tennis, horseback riding, sightseeing and birdwatching. Day trip to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton (Hampton Classic Horse Show), East Hampton, Montauk or trendy north shore.

Convenience: This great summer retreat is only 1 1/2 hours from Manhattan. You miss the major traffic bottlenecks going farther east, yet you have all of the amenities. It has a great park, playground and restaurants, On a rainy you can visit the multi-plex theater in Hampton Bays, (5 mins.), or Riverhead, (20-Mins) for great shopping at Tanger Outlets Mall or visit the Aquarium . Ocean beach is 10 mins. away.

Charm: Travel 10 mins.west along the ocean beach on Dune Road and you'll hit affluent Quogue with its magnificent homes and scenery. Another 5 mins. and you're in the charming town of Westhampton Beach, where you have more great homes, scenery, shops and restaurants. Travel east on the North Shore, and you pass many wineries and charming towns such as Jamesport, Southold and Greenport. East on the South Shore you pass many towns from Southampton to Montauk, all within an hour. You'll never get bored in the Hamptons.

Golf, Tennis, Biking : There are many public and private golf courses, Indian Island (Municipal), Rock Hill ,Golf & Country Club (Public)and Calverton (Public) just to name a few that are not private.

On a rainy day you can visit the many outlet shops at Tanger Outlet Mall in Riverhead (about 20 minutes away) or go to the Aquarium in downtown Riverhead. There is a multi-plex theater in Hampton Bays only 5 minutes from the house. A drive west along Dune Road will bring you to beautiful homes, beaches and scenery in affluent Quogue and Westhampton. Drive 20 minutes east on Montauk Highway and,.you'll hit fabulous Southampton for more splendor, shops, art galleries, museums,restaurants, etc. Farther east are more great towns & scenery.

Above is a mirror with a maple medicine cabinet. It is well lighted. The first-floor bathroom is in the rear of the house, near the rear bedroom and away from the living and dining areas. It has a combination tub and shower, a maple vanity with a marble sink and a medicine cabinet. It is well lighted All hardware is brushed nickle.

There is also a private deck with table, 4 chairs and stereo music. Great for star gazing or reading a good book. The rear first-floor bedroom can either have a king bed or twins. There is a cot as well. The room includes a bureau, 2 mirrors (1 full length), 2 end tables, 2 handmade rugs and original art work. The third bedroom is setup as a den with a pullout sofa, a loveseat , 2 book cases with books for your use, drawers for clothing, TV, 1 handmade rug, artwork.

Great Location

Your house was perfect for us. Great location as it is on a quiet street w/o traffic getting to/from Montauk Highway.

We enjoyed walking/jogging the neighborhood in the mornings before departing daily to experience the east end. We went to the beach (Cupsogue/Quogue), Montauk lighthouse, Greenport carousel, picked peaches at Davis Farm and the Petting zoo after our family wedding at Southampton library followed by a reception at Trumpets in Eastport.

I'll keep your contact information for future rental pissibilities.
