Shy acre of land sits on cul-de-sac with driveway to parking lot in back of house, and circular drive in front. Enjoy the 20' X 40' heated inground pool with mahogany/brick deck on side of house. Living area with triple glass sliding doors lead to rear deck, with outdoor dining for 6, and 2 gas grills for cooking. Gorgeous town, ocean or bay beaches 5 minutes away. Near world class fishing; on charter boats or surf-fishing on beach or off piers. Public New York State Golf course (Montauk Downs) 3 minutes away, and plenty of shopping in the quaint town of Montauk. Bird watchers delight at the incredible variety of species.

Montauk is located at the very tip of the South fork of Long Island. Also one of the famous 'Hamptons', Montauk is a very unpretentious, laid-back, casual resort, with incredible beaches, restaurants and views. The folks in Montauk are always genuine and welcoming. Almost every weekend there is an outdoor exhibit of art, antiques or crafts, if not in Montauk itself, very close by. It is the fishing capital of the world, with numerous charter boats at your service, or fantastic surf-fishing. A major past-time in Montauk, the surfing is unbeatable, and paddle boarding has become a favorite way to relax while exercising among the Montauk crowd.
