You CAN have it all! Swimming, Biking, Tennis, Fishing, Boating, Shelling, great restaurants and shopping, plus a $1,000,000 view from your fully equipped, updated condominium overlooking San Carlos Bay.

Mariner Pointe is a beautiful island property offering boat dock w/direct access to San Carlos Bay,(for an additional fee) 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, grilling pavilions, a private pier for fishing and watching the dolphins and manatees play.

It is located on Sanibel Island, a barrier island off the Florida coast, near Fort Myers and is well known for its fabulous shelling. Its unique geographical orientation allows it to act as a scoop, gathering seashells along the shore.

Sanibel Island: Sanibel Island is a barrier island located off the coast of Fort Myers. It is well known for its beaches (for shelling and sunbathing.) Bike trails, golf courses, children's play areas, picnic areas, ding darling nature reserve, bird watching, big arts (movies, special workshops, lecture series, festival of films and art galleries), shell museum, cinemas, marinas, cruises & sightseeing tours, fishing, boat rentals, echo tours, great shopping areas and restaurants & spectacular sunsets.

Mariner Pointe: Mariner Pointe is a beautiful, bayside resort. There are 2 tennis courts, 2 heated pools, shuffleboard, fishing pier with a cleaning area, boat docks (per availability) and a boardwalk along the bay where you can watch the dolphins play the manatees swim by and the pelicans, herons, osprey and other island birds fish for their daily food. It is conveniently located (away from the traffic) but close to all the amenities of the island.

The Unit: The Unit is located on the 2nd floor. It overlooks San Carlos Bay. Views of the bay can be enjoyed from a recently renovated lanai, living room and master bedroom. You can watch the dolphins and manatees play, the fish jumping and the birds diving and fishing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The unit is well equipped (full size dining room table, a new dining table and chairs on the lanai, a large flat screen TV in the living room , comfortable bedrooms and full size baths.

In January, 2012, Sanibel Island was ranked #1 on Frommer's Top 10 Favorite Places to travel in the world. It is also the sea shell capital of the world. The different species and numbers of shells is amazing!

Mariner Pointe is a friendly, private 'hide-away' where you can watch the dolphins, manatees and birds from your lanai, fish on a private fishing pier (with no license required) swim (at the beach or 2 private pools), play tennis, bike the miles of bike paths around the Island, rent a kayak and explore on your own or sit back and enjoy a boat ride through Tarpon Bay, enjoy the many great restaurants, the unique shopping boutiques, the Art Galleries, Ding Darling Preserve, The Shell Museum and so much more. At the end of the day you can relax on your lanai and enjoy the million dollar view of the Bay and 'sea creatures'.

Other Activities: SHELLING, BIKING, SWIMMING, FISHING, BIRD WATCHING, ENJOYING THE DOLPHINS AND MANATEES AND BIRDS PLAYING IN THE BAY JUST OUTSIDE YOUR LANAI ARE JUST A FEW OF THE FUN THINGS TO DO.

Magnificent

This condo is immaculate and made us feel right at home. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and see the manatee, dolphins, sting ray, countless birds, etc just a few feet away. Not only was the condo great, but the Island was so serene, peaceful and the most beautiful place we had ever been to. We loved the fact of the Island being so calm. No hustle and bustle of everyday life or most beaches you visit. The shelling was fabulous as well. Not to mention many great restaurants and unique shops. This place stole our hearts and we can not wait to go back!

ONCE AGAIN WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT MARINER PT.
THE UNIT WAS GREAT!!
WE BIKED, FISHED, SWAM AND WALKED THE BEACH. ONE OF OUR FAVORITE THINGS WAS WATCHING THE DOLPHINS AND MANATEES AND BIRDS FROM THE BOARDWALK. THEY WERE SPECTACULAR. WE HOPE TO BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!

wE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR VISIT - ESPECIALLY THE VIEW FROM OUR LANAI AND THE DOLPHINS. WE RELAXED AT THE POOL, WALKED THE BEACH, TOOK A GREAT BOAT RIDE, SHOPPED, TOURED THE ISLAND, WATCHED BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AND JUST HAD A GREAT TIME. OUR VACATION IN PARADISE

We had a wonderful time at your place on Sanibel. The weather was fantastic the entire time. Your accommodations are about as perfect as one could get. Having the pool,shuffleboard and pier so close was terrific. Seeing all of the Dolphins every day made me wish that our Grandson was there to enjoy them. I think the location of your place is about the best place to be on Sanibel. Thanks again for renting to us.

Great Experience!

This rental property was quaint and clean with all the amenities of home. It is a great location away from the hustle and bustle right off the causeway. There is a beautiful view from the sunroom overlooking the bay where you can watch the dolphins in the evenings, passing boats, and lots of birds as well. During our vacation, we enjoyed the beaches, shopping, restaurants and even took in a baseball game at Hammond Stadium in Fort Meyers. I would highly recommend the condo and would love to go back again to the Sanibel/Captiva since we couldn't possibly do everything we wanted to do in one week. This is a great place for a vacation!!!
