Comfortable living/dining room with rocking chair. Lots of videos and games in spacious family room with queen sleeper and fireplace. Two televisions; WIFI. One bedroom has a king bed; second bedroom has twin beds. Bath has shower only. WIFI; washer/dryer. Walk to beach, tennis, playground, and downtown Guerneville. Keyless entry. Dog okay.
