135 Buttercup, a charming 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bath WaterColor Park District home is centrally located in the heart of WaterColor. This home is ideally located near the lake and boathouse, but within easy walking distance to the beach and pool. In addition, guests of Buttercup Street will enjoy close access to Cerulean Park and the many other gardens, ponds and paths located throughout. Guests are also steps to beautiful Western Lake, the WaterColor Boathouse and Baithouse Restaurant.

The house is built with expansive 14 foot ceilings, mature hard pinewood floors and beams, with limestone or slate bathrooms. It is wired with 2 flat screen televisions, Bose entertainment systems, wireless internet access and music systems throughout the home. The King & Queen bedrooms also have TV's. Furnished with a Southern touch, this home can easily sleep 12 guests comfortably. Outside, there are two large screened porches, one equipped with an indoor/ outdoor brick fireplace to enjoy the cooler nights

WaterColor amenities: Watercolor amenities offer you more than just the pleasures of the beach. The luxurious beach club offers a huge gulf-front pool, cafe, bar, towels, beach sundries.

Throughout the 499 acre resort of WaterColor you will find several perfectly manicured parks, great for family picnics and games.

Town Center has retail stores, cafes and the clock tower fountain.

The Tennis Center features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped terrace for the gallery, and five Har-Tru HydroCourts, including three that are lit for night play.

Restaurants, a health spa, 5 pools, and hiking trails round out the array of resort offerings you can enjoy.

Thanksgiving 2007...this was been a truly wonderful vacation and although the beach was so beautiful with the sparkling sugar sand and the lake so pristine with cobalt blue waters, it was your home that we enjoyed the most. We all came here from Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, and Georgia. Your home provided us not only with "the place" to plan our vacation but it's comforting and welcoming feel made our experience here truly wonderful. The colors are clean and warm, the furnishings so neatly matched and beautiful, each room or space with a unique feel and charm. Thank you for sharing your home.

This is our first time staying in WaterColor and the first time we had gotten together since we all had children. Four college friends and five little boys. We loved your home. It was the perfect place for our kids to run, jump, and play. We played games, ate, swam and enjoyed our best vacation yet. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with our families. We had a wonderful time all 10 1/2 of us. The location of the house is ideal, close enough to the beach and just a hop to the pool. We kayaked, rode bikes, walked the trails, surfed in the ocean and enjoyed the comforts of 135 Buttercup, rocking in the chairs on the porch was a nice way to recap each day. Our experience in WaterColor was ideal and we look forward to return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Three families from Tuscaloosa Alabama -- had a fabulous stay at 135 Buttercup. Our first time to WaterColor was so enjoyable. Fall is such a great time of year to visit. Weather around 75 degrees during the day, beautiful sunsets, and no clouds. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to come back next year.
