A beautiful large and luxurious beach house in Santa Cruz. Three houses from the Ocean, with Ocean views from bedrooms and living room. Minutes walk to the Natural Bridges State Park. Sleeps 8-11 in 4+ generous bedrooms. The safe enclosed rear yard is grassed, with hot tub, outside river rock fireplace and built in gas grill. ideal for entertaining evening BBQ or for the kids to run around in. The Westside location provides easy access to local activities such as: Tide pooling beach activities and monarch butterfly watching at Natural Bridges state park, cycle rides to Long marine lab, and mountain biking in Wilder state park. Easy local access to Kelly's Bakery a local patisserie. A favorite pastime is walking or running on Westcliff Drive spotting otters and whales, or surfing at the end of the street. Or for the beginner an easier break is only 5 minutes drive away at at Cowells beach. Downtown and the Boardwalk are only 5 minutes drive away.
