This comfortable home built in 1984 offers so much for your family vacation. It is located in a quiet area on the ocean side of Route 6, close to ponds and the ocean. Lots and lots of living space, both inside and out. The enclosed 3 season porch is probably where you would like to spend your time. There is a 'Horseshoe pit' and swings in the back yard for the enjoyment of the children. There are 'ball' swings as well as a regular swing set for the kids. Also, the owner provides lots of movies on VHS tapes and puzzles and games to play. This home is very comfortable and set up with the interest and comfort of the tenants in mind. The Village of Wellfleet with it's shops and galleries and restaurants is probably 3 minutes away.
