Located on Juniper Point in Boothbay Harbor Maine, this cottage is ideal for a family getaway. Wrap around deck with barbecue and plenty of places to sit to watch the sunset with a water view. A large lawn for playing. There is a bunk room with 4 beds that is a favorite among the kids (2 other queen bedrooms and 1 other twin bedroom with trundle bed). Living room/dining room with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and back to front french doors. Kitchen overlooks living and dining area. Fun family room in back of house. Plenty of parking. Juniper Point offers the availability of a dock, a beach and tennis within walking distance. The Boothbay Harbor Aquarium is just a few hundred yards away on the water. Plenty of other activities are available nearby. The town of Boothbay is 2 miles away. The free trolley can take you there from the Aquarium! Other beaches, lakes, swimming, tour boats, icecream shops, restaurants, lobster wharfs, botanicial garden all within a few miles.
