Perfect place for a weekend or a week

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while we visited our daughter who is performing in The Lost Colony. This garage apartment was an exceptional value. The location is great....an easy 3 block walk to downtown Manteo... the property beautifully maintained, and the owners helpful and welcoming. Honestly, the apartment was equipped with every possible amenity; I felt as if I were in my own home. Manteo has so much to offer for people who enjoy history, the arts, good food, and nature. I would rather stay in town than out at the beach; and I would rather stay in this apartment than in a motel, any day. What a treat! I am looking forward to a return visit soon, and I hope I have more time to sit on the covered porch and sip coffee in the morning and some wine in the late afternoon.

Incredible value and very cozy!

My partner and I just returened from a week in Manteo. This rental was an accidental find but we will certainly be back. The apartment is cozy, well appointed, and the owners are so very helpful and friendly. Downtown Manteo is beautiful and within walking distance - lots of great shops, restaurants and the beautiful waterfront at Festival Park. Thanks so much for making our vacation so wonderful!

This was such a great deal. We will return back to this property again. The neighborhood is so nice and full of B & B's (victorian style). This rental is over a detached garage and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It is brand new and beautiful!
